01 — Orders & Payment
- —Pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) or online via Easypaisa to 0328 6706985 — share your payment receipt with us on WhatsApp to confirm.
- —An order is confirmed once you receive your order number (e.g. 14SM-123456) on screen and by email.
- —We may call or message you on the phone number provided to confirm your order before dispatch.
- —14S MOON reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or that violate these terms.
02 — Delivery
- —We deliver across Pakistan within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.
- —Delivery is FREE on every order, all over Pakistan — no minimum spend.
- —Delivery timelines are estimates; delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control.
- —Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before paying the rider.
03 — Returns & Exchanges
- —Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- —Sale items and accessories (caps, beanies, dupattas) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- —To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
- —Refunds for approved returns are issued via bank transfer within 7 working days.
04 — Pricing & Discounts
- —All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- —Discount codes cannot be combined and must meet their minimum order value.
- —Limited drops are sold in fixed quantities; once sold out, they are not restocked.
- —In case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and notify you before dispatch.
05 — Intellectual Property
- —All designs, photography, logos and content on this site belong to 14S MOON.
- —Nothing on this website may be copied, resold or reused without written permission.
06 — Privacy
- —We collect only the details needed to deliver your order: name, phone, email and address.
- —Your data is never sold or shared with third parties except our delivery couriers.
- —Newsletter emails are optional — unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.
