- —To confirm, pack and deliver your Cash on Delivery orders across Pakistan.
- —To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp when needed.
- —To send order confirmation emails and optional newsletter updates you can leave anytime.
- —To show your review (and photos) to other shoppers on the product page.
03 — Who We Share It With
- —Our delivery couriers, only with the details required to deliver your parcel.
- —Our email and storage providers that power order confirmations and review photos.
- —We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
04 — Retention & Security
- —Order records are kept for our business and tax records; reviews stay live while the product is listed.
- —Access to customer data is restricted to the 14S MOON team and protected with admin-only authentication.
- —No website is 100% bulletproof, but we only collect the minimum needed to serve you.
05 — Your Rights
- —Ask us anytime what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- —Request removal of a review or photo you posted and we will take it down.
- —Unsubscribe from newsletters by replying STOP or messaging us on WhatsApp.
